Sjoerd moved from the Netherlands to Uganda to support VECECAB and contribute to our work on the ground.
He became involved in supporting students in the carpentry training, helping with activities around the brick factory and taking part in the daily work of the organisation.
In addition, Sjoerd started developing a new website for VECECAB and photographing projects and activities to help share the organisation’s work with a wider audience.
We are very happy to welcome Sjoerd to the VECECAB team and grateful for his time, practical support and commitment.
