The VECECAB Building Class continues to make impressive progress as students take part in the construction of residential homes.

This hands-on work is about much more than building walls. It gives students the opportunity to develop practical construction skills, teamwork and valuable real-world experience.

Guided by their instructors, students are involved in different stages of the building process, including bricklaying and the assembly of structural elements.

Along the way, they learn the importance of precision, safe working practices and cooperation with others on a construction site.

Every brick placed represents progress in the building itself, but also progress in the students’ knowledge, confidence and ability.

This project demonstrates the value of vocational education at VECECAB, where learning moves beyond theory and into practical work with visible results.

These students are not only helping construct homes. They are building the skills and experience that can help them create opportunities for themselves in the future.
