The work focused on creating a safer, stronger and more practical environment for our students and staff. Several parts of the training center have been renovated and improved, including structural work, flooring, roofing, water storage and sanitation facilities. A major improvement has been the installation of four new 10,000-litre water tanks, giving the center an additional 40,000 litres of water storage. Three of these tanks were made possible through the support of ERKO, while one tank was generously sponsored by, Water Without Borders. In addition, two new septic tanks* have been installed as part of the improvements to the sanitation system. Most of the renovation work has now been completed. The next phase will be the improvement of the toilet and shower facilities, which is planned for December. We are very grateful to ERKO and Water Without Borders for their valuable support. Their contribution has helped us to further improve our vocational training center and provide a better learning environment for our students. Every improvement brings VECECAB another step forward in its mission to provide practical vocational education and opportunities for the local community.
