VECECAB is asking for support for a mother of nine children who is raising her family in extremely difficult circumstances.
After being left to care for the children on her own, she has struggled to provide a safe and secure place for them to live.
The family currently lives in a small makeshift shelter without proper windows or a secure door. A plastic sheet is being used as an entrance, leaving the family with very little protection or privacy.
VECECAB wants to help change this situation by supporting the construction of a new and safer family home.
The planned house will provide three rooms and basic household necessities, including beds, mattresses and essential furniture.
