On 2 September 2025, VECECAB welcomed Gudrun and Nabella Gabriel from SES Germany to Uganda.
Their visit brought valuable professional knowledge and practical support to different parts of VECECAB’s work.
Nabella Gabriel volunteered at our school from 2 September until 20 September 2025, supporting professional training in clothing and garment making for our students.
Gudrun stayed from 2 September until 29 September 2025 and volunteered at our hospital, contributing her time and experience to the health services provided to the community.
This visit was particularly special because it marked the first time that a senior expert was accompanied by a junior colleague. This approach helps transfer knowledge between generations and supports the continuation of valuable professional expertise.
We are very grateful to Gudrun and Nabella for sharing their time, knowledge and commitment with VECECAB, and to SES Germany for making this exchange possible.
